Season 4's Wheel of Misfortune
The Wheel of Misfortune is an obstacle, used as the first obstacle in the Qualifier of Season 4's Summer Wipeout, episode 20.
Contestants must jump into a clockwise-spinning segmented wheel and must go clockwise through each segment until they reach the opening, then jump onto the Rumble Bridge platform on the other side.
Out of 24 attempts, only Chaz Hume was known to clear this obstacle.
It was replaced by the Double Sweeper Dive in the next episode.
