Season 6’s Tongue Twister (with sweeper arm)
The Tongue Twister is an obstacle, first used as the fourth obstacle in the Qualifier in Season 6. It was interchanged with the Trippity Skippity Flippity Doo as the fourth obstacle throughout the season.
It consists of two rotating trampolines and two tongues; the first one has water gushing out of its eyes, while the second one has a hidden piston that punches contestants off. Contestants must hop from tongue to tongue, then finally jump onto the sloped landing platform. Ducking under the tongues is not allowed; if they do so, they must attempt the obstacle again. In some episodes, the first tongue was replaced by a sweeper arm.
It was replaced by the Play Pound in the next season.
