Season 6's Scare Chair
The Scare Chair is an obstacle, used as the first obstacle in the Wipeout Zone of Season 6. It was interchanged with the Slingshock as the first obstacle throughout the season.
Contestants sit in a chair at the bottom of a reverse catapult with the pivot at the top, and on the last second of the countdown, it flings them 30 feet into the air before they crash down into the water below.
It was replaced by the Catastrophic Cannon on the next season.
