The Poundabout is an obstacle, used as the third obstacle in the Qualifier of Season 5’s Summer Wipeout, replacing the Snow Fall from Winter Wipeout. It was interchanged with a modified Jiggle-ator as the first post-Big Balls obstacle for the rest of the season.
Contestants must run across the beam and around three holes to the other side while avoiding a series of objects rotating towards them. There is a stationary bar at the beginning that makes the objects swing.
The objects vary in each episode:

Season 5’s Poundabout (with swinging sweeper bars)
- In episodes 9 and 14, there were swinging sweeper bars that contestants must jump over.

Season 5’s Poundabout (with eyeglasses)

Season 5’s Poundabout (Lover's Lane) (with swinging sweeper bars and wind chimes)
- In episodes 15 and 20, there were swinging sweeper bars and wind chimes that contestants must avoid, while in the former episode, it was renamed Lover's Lane, because it was a Blind Date episode.

Season 5’s Poundabout (with spinning blocks)
- In episode 22, there were spinning blocks that contestants must jump over.

Season 5’s Poundabout (with swinging sweeper bar, eyeglass, and wind chimes)
- In episode 24, there was a swinging sweeper bar, an eyeglass, and wind chimes that contestants must avoid.
Only two contestants cleared this obstacle:
Coincidentally, the latter later went on to win his respective episode.
It was replaced by both the Trippity Skippity Flippity Doo and the Tongue Twister in Season 6.
