"Barely Legal Lawyer" Patrick Earnest is a contestant from S3E02 "Welcome Back America". Patrick's nickname comes from the show hosts thinking he looks way younger than he really is, being 30 years old at the time of the episode, hence the Barely Legal part of the nickname.
