Season 7’s Gears of Fear
The Gears of Fear is the fourth and final obstacle in the Wipeout Zone of Season 7, replacing both the Bounder Pounder and Twisted Falls from the previous season.
It is composed of three huge gears: two gears vertically placed on top of each other that squeezes contestants in the middle and one that is laid flat in front and acts as a turntable. Contestants must leap from gear to spinning gear and make the final jump through the rotating blades to the finish platform. However, if they were to fail, they would have to climb up a ladder to reach the finish platform.

In the TBS revival, it was replaced by the Triple Threat (which is a name given to two other Wipeout Zone obstacles).
