- Bill Carlson is the first competitor to make a proposal on Wipeout. Before he ran the Wipeout Zone, he proposed to his girlfriend Emily.
- Bill is also the first Wipeout competitor to come in last place in each round. He also has the third slowest time for a top 12 competitor in Wipeout, just behind Richard Furstenberg and Cynthia Magana.
- Matthew Francina was very close to beating Matt Corrigan's time in the Wipeout Zone, but he slid off the final landing platform inches from finishing and time expired for him afterward. Had Francina stuck the landing, he would've beat Corrigan and won the episode.
