The Cookie Cutter is a Round Three course exclusively used in the pilot episode of Season 1.
Each of the eight contestants must ride a rotating platform and navigate through four obstacles as fast as possible. There are ladders at each checkpoint, so they won’t have to go back to the start. Once through all the obstacles, they have to get back to the platform where they started to stop the clock. The fastest four times move on to the Wipeout Zone.
It was eventually replaced by both the Dizzy Dummy and the Dreadmill when the show was greenlit for a full season.
