Commakaze

Commakaze is an obstacle, used as the second obstacle in the Summer Wipeout Zone of Season 5, replacing the Psychedelic Snow Globe from Winter. It was interchanged with the Swing Blades throughout the rest of the season.

It is a rotating blind slide contestants have to time their drop down and under the period to make it to the other side without paying the price. Sliding too early or late makes them either stall at the bottom of the comma or hit the period and eventually miss the platform.

Only seven contestants cleared this obstacle on their first attempt with two of them from the same episode:

Andy Morrow (S5E23)
Camron Nours Chupp (S5E23)

Coincidentally, four of them later won their respective episodes.

Along with the Swing Blades, it was replaced by both Blockbuster and Throw-tisserie in Season 6.
