Ballsy is Wipeout's mascot who first appeared in The Wipeout Bowl. He made cameos in many episodes since. He was last featured in Season 7, the final season.
His voice actor has been unknown for many years, and is still yet to be found. It appears that his voice has been chipmunked (sped up).
Ballsy made history in The Wipeout Bowl, for being the first and only non-contestant to try the Killer Surf on-screen. In Season 5, he's shown to have a cousin named Barsy, and another cousin named Juan Barlos in Season 6.
He appears in Wipeout: The Game on the loading screen.
He has not appeared in every international version, only in the US series.
